How LifeFrom reads your data

Summarize with AI

Most health apps store your results. LifeFrom reads them. You upload the data you already have (a lab PDF, an MRI, a genome file, a microbiome or ECG report), and within seconds it’s parsed, structured, and explained in plain language you can actually act on.

The problem with a folder of PDFs

A normal physical tests ten to fifteen markers, hands you a printout, and moves on. Even a comprehensive panel arrives as a wall of numbers with a reference range and, if you’re lucky, an “H” or an “L.” The context that makes a result meaningful (your history, your other results, what the number represents) lives in a clinician’s head, not on the page.

10–15markers on a typical physical, handed to you as a wall of numbersand rarely explained

So the data sits in a drawer or a patient portal you never open. LifeFrom exists to close that gap: to turn the record you already own into understanding.

Every marker, read in context, not just flagged.

From a document to an answer

When you upload a report, LifeFrom does three things in order:

  • Extracts the structure, every marker, value, unit, and the reference range printed on your report.
  • Resolves each one to a canonical concept, so “LDL-C,” “Colesterol LDL,” and “Low-density lipoprotein” all land on the same explanation.
  • Explains it, what the marker is, why it matters, what high and low can mean, and what to aim for, with sources.

That last step is where the substance lives. Instead of generating a fresh guess every time, LifeFrom draws on a cited knowledge base of biomarker information, so the explanation is consistent, cited, and fast.

The goal isn’t more data. It’s the sentence that makes a number mean something.

The LifeFrom thesis

Educational, never a diagnosis

A flag in LifeFrom (“higher than most,” “near the edge,” “worth a look”) is an informational signal, not a verdict. Reference ranges vary by lab and person, and a single value rarely tells the whole story. LifeFrom is built to help you understand and ask better questions, then bring those questions to a clinician.

Your data stays yours

You own what you upload. We don’t sell it, and we don’t train public AI models on your identifiable health data. You can export or delete everything at any time. Understanding your body shouldn’t cost you control of it.
