Terms of Service

LifeFrom (“LifeFrom,” “we,” “us”) is operated by LifeFrom Health, Inc. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LifeFrom that govern your access to and use of our websites, apps, and services (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and AI Use & Limitations, which are incorporated here by reference. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

LifeFrom is a personal software tool. It lets you upload your medical records — lab results, imaging, genetic data, microbiome and ECG reports, and similar — and uses AI to organize them, explain them in plain language, and let you ask questions about them.

LifeFrom is a technology company, not a healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine, and the Services are not a substitute for professional medical care. Specifically, LifeFrom:

• does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a second opinion;
• does not create a doctor–patient (or provider–patient) relationship;
• is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease;
• does not order lab tests, prescribe, or deliver clinical care.

Everything in the Services — explanations, ranges, flags, summaries, and AI responses — is for general information and education only. It is not a medical opinion and may not fit your specific situation. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in LifeFrom.

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number (such as 911) immediately. See our full Medical Disclaimer.

Parts of the Services use artificial intelligence to read documents, explain results, and answer your questions. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or misleading, and it may not account for your full medical picture.

You agree to treat all AI output as informational only and “as is,” to independently verify anything important with a qualified clinician, and not to rely on it to make medical decisions. Full details are in our AI Use & Limitations page.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are not directed to children, and you may not use them on behalf of anyone else unless you are their authorized legal representative and have the right to share their information with us.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@lifefrom.ai if you suspect unauthorized use. We’re not liable for losses caused by someone else using your credentials with or without your knowledge.

Your data is yours. You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant LifeFrom a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, and display that content solely to provide the Services to you and the household members you add — for example, to parse a lab report, generate an explanation, or answer your question.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your identifiable health data to train third-party or public AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content you provide, including any data about other people, and that doing so doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or the law.

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• upload another person’s medical data without their authorization;
• rely on the Services for emergency, diagnostic, or clinical decision-making;
• reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
• misrepresent AI output as professional medical advice to others;
• infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

The Services rely on third parties — for example cloud hosting, AI model providers, and payment processors — and may link to or, in the future, connect you with independent providers, labs, or pharmacies. Those third parties are not controlled by us. We’re not responsible for their acts, omissions, content, or services, and any clinical care you receive from an independent provider is between you and that provider.

Some features require a paid subscription. Current pricing and plan details are shown in the app before you buy. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.

Paid plans renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel before the renewal date; you can cancel anytime from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change prices with prior notice, effective on your next renewal.

The Services — including our software, design, content, knowledge base, and brand — are owned by LifeFrom and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial health purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEFROM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY OUTPUT (INCLUDING AI RESPONSES) WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIFEFROM AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM HEALTH DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeFrom from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Except where prohibited by law, you and LifeFrom agree that any dispute relating to the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, and you and LifeFrom waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@lifefrom.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking relief in small-claims court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section above, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
