Email julian@lifefrom.ai with what happened and, if you can, the time it happened and a screenshot. For privacy requests, including a copy of your data, write to privacy@lifefrom.ai.

LifeFrom only reads from Apple Health, with your permission, and never writes to it. To change what it can read, open the iPhone’s Settings app, then Health, Data Access & Devices, LifeFrom. To stop LifeFrom reading Apple Health altogether, open LifeFrom’s Settings and choose Withdraw health-data consent.

LifeFrom AI is optional, and the app works without it. When it is on, it sends what it needs to answer you to third-party AI models, only with your consent. Our requests are set not to train on your data, and to use zero-retention endpoints where available; some providers may keep a request for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Turn it off any time in LifeFrom’s Settings, under LifeFrom AI, and all AI processing stops. The band connects over Bluetooth from the app. Keep Bluetooth on and the band near your phone; LifeFrom brings in its readings in the background. If it doesn’t connect, check that LifeFrom is allowed to use Bluetooth (iPhone Settings, LifeFrom), keep the band charged and close by, and email us if it still won’t.

In LifeFrom, open Settings and choose Delete account and data. Your record, results, uploads, conversations and people are deleted from our servers straight away, and from our backups within 30 days. This cannot be undone. We keep billing records only where the law requires. You can also email privacy@lifefrom.ai from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you, or send you a copy of your data first.
