Your microbiome report shows relative abundance, the share of your sample each microbe makes up. Because it’s compositional, a bigger slice of one means a smaller slice of another.

## What LifeFrom flags

We flag microbes that sit lower or higher than most people, a beneficial that’s low, or a watch-microbe that’s overgrown, in plain, hedged language. Microbiome science is young; we read it as a snapshot, not a diagnosis.
